Our Fees
We charge from $100.00-$125.00 for a first set of loan documents, and $150.00-$175.00 for a first and second (E-documents included). If we do not charge for fax backs.
Simple signatures, such as Grant Deeds, Power of Attorney, etc., are a flat fee of $50.00 (travel included up to 10 miles.)
Cancelled appointments after the documents are printed are $50.00 and documents will be returned to you.
Cancelled appointments after arrival and no call/no shows after a 20 minute wait are half of the signing fee.
All invoices MUST be paid, even if escrow does not close and are due within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Hands on trainings for new signing agents are $50.00.
